How does the rotary separator work?
The product is fed into the rotary separator into a tubular sieving chamber where the outside wall is made of metal mesh. Here the material is stirred around by special rotating bars and is pushed against the mesh allowing only the finer factions to pass through. Impurities and larger product are left behind and discharged through the first smaller mouth while the finished finer faction is discharged through the main centre shoot.
